Q. How do I reserve a group study room or seminar room?

To reserve a Group Study Room:

• Click on the Reserve a Group Study Room link below
• Select the Library where you want to meet (Glickman, Gorham, or LAC)
• Click on the Reserve a Study Room Now
• Select the day/date and room when you want to meet
• Click on the times (half hour increments) and max time is 3 hours
• Click Submit Times
• Review Policies and click Continue
• Complete the form asking for your name and email (use your maine.edu email)
• Click Yes that you will check your maine.edu email to confirm your Study Room Reservation
• Click Submit My Booking

You will receive a confirmation email to which you must respond within 30 minutes or lose the reservation.
