How can I reduce the number of results in OneSearch?
Last Updated: Apr 25, 2019     Views: 35

To narrow your OneSearch results and reduce the number of results, try one of the following.

  • Try using Refine Your Search (left column or click on the funnel icon on mobile devices) and narrow your search by a number of features, such as, full-text, scholarly article, time frame, etc.
  • Try using quotes when there are two or more words in your search term. Instead of wild horses, try "wild horses" in quotes. Check out the OneSearch Search Tips
  • Try using the Advanced Search feature on your initial search. Here you can easily limit a few features.
