How do I reserve a group study room or seminar room?

There are three ways to reserve a Group Study Room.

1. From MyUSM portal, click on USM Quick Links, and click on Study Room Reservations. Click on Reserve Study Rooms Now. Select the date, then select the Library location (Portland, Gorham, or Lewiston-Auburn). Next, select the half-hour slots you want (maximum of 3 hours), scroll down to review Policies, click Continue, and fill out the form. Be sure to use your email. Click Submit my Booking. (Note: If you change the date, be sure to update the Library location, as it may change to the default which is Glickman.)

You will receive a confirmation email to which you must respond within 30 minutes or lose the reservation.

2. From the Library Homepage, Click on Request (left column). Click on Group Study Room Reservations, Click on Reserve Group Study Rooms, Click on Reserve Now, Click on Reserve Study Rooms Now, Then follow the directions above.

3. A dedicated Group Study Room Reservation computer is located in Glickman on the 2nd floor, in Gorham on the 1st floor, and in Lewiston-Auburn on the 1st floor.
