Q. How do I reserve the Faculty Study Rooms in Glickman?

To reserve a Faculty Room on the second floor in the Glickman Library in Portland:

• Click on the Reserve a Group Study Room link below
• Click on Reserve a Faculty Room
• Select the day/date and room when you want to meet
• Click on the times (half hour increments) and max time is 3 hours
• Click Submit Times
• Review Policies and click Continue
• Complete the form asking for your name and email (use your maine.edu email)
• Click Yes that you will check your maine.edu email to confirm your Faculty Room Reservation
• Click Submit My Booking

You will receive a confirmation email to which you must respond within 30 minutes or lose the reservation.
