How do I set up a library account?
Last Updated: Feb 29, 2024     Views: 201

Your USM ID card serves as your Library card. All students, faculty, and staff should have a USM ID card. Once your ID card is activated at the Library, you can access Databases off campus (after signing into MyUSM Portal), can Request books from other Libraries, and can create a free InterLibrary Loan (ILLiad account). Use the bottom link for ILLiad information.

If you don't have an ID card, contact the Campus Card Services office.

On your ID card, there will be a Library barcode number that begins with 250... or 218.... Stop by one of the Libraries to ask that your ID card be activated or call 207-780-4270 and ask to have your ID card activated.
