For the mechanics of properly citing your sources, there are resources on the Understanding Citations page.

Familiarize yourself with USM's Academic Integrity Policy.

Finally, USM has writing tutors that can assist you in the writing process and with citing sources properly. You can make an appointment to meet with a tutor to go over your assignment and discuss your paper.

Sign into the USM portal, click on USM Quick Links, and select Tutoring at USM. Set up your free account and make an appointment.
